WARRANTY

We are very proud of our products and believe that you will be pleased as well. While we make every effort to eliminate defects in our workmanship and materials, problems do occur at times. In the event that you experience a defect with your PEAKS within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace them at no charge to you. However, PEAKS that have clearly been damaged through misuse are not covered by this warranty.

As you can understand, we cannot warrant against lens scratches. While our lenses are much stronger and more scratch resistant than ordinary sunglass lenses, we can't be responsible for the many and varied ways people find to abuse their lenses!
