RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We want you to be happy with your PEAKS. Once you have experienced our Dual-Zone/Zero Distortion optics, we are confident you will be. However, on rare occasions, you may not pick the right frame on the first try, or you may decide the color you chose just isn't you.

When purchasing from one of our authorized retail partners, be sure to ask about their store return and exchange policy so that you know in advance what your options are immediately after purchase.

If you purchase directly from PeakVision Sports, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your PEAKS. If, during that period, you conclude that you would like to exchange your pair for a different frame style or return them for refund, simply call us at 1.888.856.3419 or e-mail us at cs@PeakVisionSports.com for a return authorization number. You may then send your unused PEAKS and any accessories back, in the original shipping carton, and we will be happy to exchange them for another pair or refund your purchase price, less any shipping & handling you paid originally. Of course, if there is a price difference for your exchange, we will refund the lower difference to you when we send your new PEAKS, or you will be responsible for remitting, via the usual payment options with your return shipment, any higher difference. You are responsible for the shipping cost to send your PEAKS back to us, and we will pay for the return shipment to you. Please include with your shipment:

  • The return authorization number
  • The frame style and color you wish to exchange for or the reason you are returning your PEAKS for a full refund
  • Your sales receipt
