REPAIR SERVICES

We manufacture PeakVision Sports performance eyewear to the highest standards of construction, performance and wearability. While we are confident that your PEAKS will exceed your expectations, it is possible that you may encounter a problem along the way. There are several ways we can work with you to address problems if they arise:

If your PEAKS are within the warranty period, simply call us at 1.888.856.3419 or e-mail us at cs@PeakVisionSports.com to obtain a return authorization. When you mail your PEAKS to us, include the following:

  • The return authorization number
  • A brief explanation of the covered problem you wish us to fix
  • Proof of Purchase (if you don't have this, please tell us where and approximately when you purchased your PEAKS)
  • Payment for $9.95 for return shipping and handling.
  • We will fix or replace your PEAKS and return them to you promptly.

If your PEAKS are out of warranty, call us at 1.888.856.3419 and we will discuss your options for repair or replacement, and the associated costs.

Whenever you ship, be sure to pack your PEAKS securely and use a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, or U.S. Postal Service (registered or insured).
